Sheikh Mahmoud Khaleel El-Hosary

The Believers, men and women, are protectors one of another: they enjoin what is just, and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers, practise regular charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power, Wise.

Allah hath promised to Believers, men and women, gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein, and beautiful mansions in gardens of everlasting bliss. But the greatest bliss is the good pleasure of Allah. that is the supreme felicity.

To those who call to Allah

How many a religious efforts go in vain when their proponents lose sight of their final Goal. When they attach themselves to the fleeting and wreck their lives by standing in prayer, yet not humbled; by sleeping much at night, and taxing their stomachs to capacity, enslaved by their desires, seeking in the land some kind of might, remembering Allah but a little, relying on their skills and efforts, and not on His guidance and authority, failing to reflect upon His greatness, His signs, His Book, not calling upon Him with the prayer of istikhara for every decision, not repenting often, not doing what they say, saying what they do not do, just on the go, victims of the cartwheel ,soon to face their fate…

O Allah we seek your refuge from the ugliness of insincerity, from disobedience, and from following other than the way of Your Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), from hearts that are not humbled upon receiving your Aayaat, from sins which pull us away from You, and from blinding extremes.
